Owner account

This is the first administrator for the venue.

Step 1

Use the name staff will recognise in the portal.

Optional, useful for account recovery and support.

This becomes the login email for the owner account.

At least 8 characters.

Repeat the same password.

Restaurant identity

These details describe the business and the first trading venue.

Step 2

Use the company or group name if you operate multiple venues.

This name appears in connected app launch screens.

ABN, ACN, or local registration reference.

Contact and address

Use public-facing details where possible. Customers may see these in booking links later.

Step 3

The number guests use for bookings or enquiries.

If blank, BistroApps can use the owner email.

Include the full address starting with https://.

Street number and street name.

Suite, shop, level, or centre name.

City or suburb used in venue listings.

Examples: NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA.

Use the venue postcode, not the company office.

Two-letter country code. Default is AU.

Locale

These defaults keep times, dates, and prices consistent across connected products.

Step 4

Used for bookings, shifts, and AI phone context.

Three-letter code. Default is AUD.

Default language/region formatting.

Regular opening hours

Start with normal trading hours. Special dates and overrides can be adjusted later.
